Welcome to Maase. Maase is a platform that connects home cooks with customers who want fresh home-cooked meals. By using the Maase website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
Maase acts as a technology platform that connects customers, home cooks, and delivery partners. Maase does not directly cook food. Food is prepared by independent home cooks who are registered on the platform. Maase facilitates the transaction and experience but is not the food producer or delivery operator.
Customers can place orders through the Maase platform. Once an order is placed, the home cook prepares the meal and a delivery partner picks up and delivers it. All payments are processed securely through the Maase platform. Orders cannot be cancelled after food preparation has started. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Home cooks are responsible for preparing food in hygienic conditions, following food safety guidelines, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness at all times. Maase may verify kitchens and assist home cooks with FSSAI home registration. However, Maase does not guarantee or warrant the quality, safety, or freshness of any food prepared by independent home cooks.
The total order price displayed at checkout may include the meal price set by the home cook, a delivery fee, a platform service fee, and applicable taxes including GST. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may vary depending on your location, meal availability, and platform promotions.
Users must provide accurate address and contact details to ensure successful delivery. Users must treat home cooks and delivery partners with respect. The platform must be used only for lawful purposes. Any misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice.
Maase provides a technology platform connecting users. Maase is not responsible for individual cooking practices, delivery delays caused by external factors, or any issues arising from third-party service providers. Maase strives to ensure safe and trusted home kitchens but cannot guarantee outcomes in every individual case.
Maase reserves the right to suspend accounts, remove home cooks, restrict access to the platform, or take other appropriate action if policies are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or if required by law. Users may also delete their own account by contacting our support team.
User data will be handled in accordance with the Maase Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required for order fulfillment. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
All content on the Maase platform — including the brand name, logo, design, text, and technology — is the intellectual property of Maase India. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Maase content without prior written permission.
Maase may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, services, or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
